Avocado Sauce

Cilantro, dill, garlic... this sauce is fabulous served over fish tacos.

2 avocados

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp champagne vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp coarse salt

juice of 1 lime

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tsp chopped fresh dill

1 garlic clove

Blend all ingredients in small blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
